GPA Academy focuses on professionalising the current public sector workforce and building a talent pipeline and pathway for those individuals who wish to pursue a career within the enabling space (ie: Corporate Services) of the Public Sector. This entity also works closely with our Empowerment team to assist with internships and raw skills conversion aimed at upskilling the unemployed youth and making them fit for the labour market.
Our training content is designed in line with the ever-changing environment of the public sector and tailored to meet the requirements of those we serve.
The GPA Academy upskills in five ways:
- Accredited SETA Training
- Non-Accredited Training
- Partnerships with both Academia and Professional Bodies for the development and roll-out of registered course content as Subject Matter Expert, Facilitator, Assessor and/or Moderator.
- Augment GPA Consulting’s solutions with the skills transfer methodology and approach
- Continuous professional development of the GPA
- Internal skills transfer and raw skills training is our non-accredited training program applied to different sectors in cross collaboration with our empowerment entity projects.
